Sonno Malaysia – a local company specialising in mattresses is looking for a “Sleep Executive” where you’ll get paid for sleeping. As posted by Sonno Malaysia, the post has garnered over 300 likes, 60 shares and 60 comments by M’sians who shared that they’ve submitted their applications to be the professional snoozers. The position offered is contract-based and the chosen candidate will get RM 3,000 upon completion of 100 nights.

According to Sonno Malaysia, the sleep executive will have to sleep continuously on the Sonno Lite mattress for eight hours and then write reports on their sleeping experiences. The company aims to help people sleep better and this is what it takes to achieve the goal – by paying people to try their mattress for 100 nights.

Furthermore, candidates will also have to track their sleep & provide data for analysis in addition to recording and documenting their journey twice weekly in 30-second videos.

Candidate will be given Sonno Lite mattress and pillow for free

As chosen candidate for the project, the individual will be given free Sonno Lite mattress that costs more than RM1,000 and pillow and the person can keep it once has completed the duration of 100 nights.

The company will be shortlisting a few candidates and there will be a short interview either through phone call or face-to-face. The job opportunity is open to Malaysians nationwide.
